What You'll Be Doing
* Deliver a bold L&D plan aligned to organisational goals and compliance obligations.
* Mature the L&D operating model — intake, prioritisation, design standards, evaluation and governance.
* Oversee content design, blended delivery, QA, and deployment across varied service lines.
* Lead enterprise capability mapping and needs analysis.
* Maintain strong compliance practices across safeguarding, disability standards, WHS and audit readiness.
* Manage external vendors, content libraries, RTO relationships, budgets and systems.
* Define and track KPIs, leveraging data for continuous improvement and measurable impact.
What You Bring
* Tertiary qualification in HR, L&D, Education or related field (or equivalent experience).
* Minimum 7 years senior L&D leadership experience.
* Strong capability in learning systems, analytics, and digital learning tools (e.g. LMS, Articulate/Rise).
* Experience in capability frameworks, learning pathways and organisational development.
* Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement and problem‐solving skills.
* Strong grasp of compliance requirements in community, disability or human services sectors.
* NDIS Worker Screening Check, National Police Check and driver's licence (or willingness to obtain/maintain).
