About the role:
The Processing team is currently seeking a Superintendent Process Plant Services to join them on a 4 Day on, 3 day off Roster based at Roy Hill Mine. Reporting to the Processing Manager, you will be responsible for providing leadership and direction for processing services to maintain and improve the operational performance of the plant. Working collaboratively with peers locally and across the system to manage risk, implement change and improve overall safety performance and processing team culture.
About you:
You will bring a strong background in scheduling, planning, and forecasting within a Process Plant environment, along with proven capability in shutdown preparation, contractor management, and coordinating non-operational services. Your expertise will play a key role in ensuring safe, efficient, and well‐executed processing outcomes.
You will provide strong leadership as the primary interface between the Major Shutdown Team and the Processing Department, driving alignment, clarity, and effective coordination to ensure shutdown objectives are achieved safely and efficiently
Duties:
* Provide short to medium term processing production direction to the Processing department, to ensure maximum sustainable business profit and achievement of business goals
* Active participation in the development of accurate and informed process schedules and plans to support major and modular shut activities, optimising sustainable process operation
* Uphold business contractor and services management standards, ensuring safe and effective delivery of non-process plant operation
* Lead and build a safe, inclusive, high performing team with promotion and participation of trust, respect, and cooperation
Skills and Experience:
* Extensive tenure of Superintendent level experience in a mineral processing operation or related industry
* Tertiary degree in engineering or similar technical field or equivalent in demonstrated work history
* Strong knowledge of isolation systems to optimise for safety and efficiency
* Intelli permit experience viewed favourable
* Major shutdown experience and SAP proficiency
