We currently manage hundreds of long-term rental properties across Perth, supported by an experienced property management team and established operational systems.
Our agency also operates a leading short-term accommodation management division with:

Due to business growth, we are looking for a Long-Term Property Manager to join our team.
The Role
You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of residential rental properties and maintaining strong relationships with both landlords and tenants.
* Managing a portfolio of residential rental properties
* Advertising available properties and arranging home opens
* Processing tenancy applications and preparing lease agreements
* Conducting routine inspections and final bond inspections
* Coordinating maintenance and repairs with contractors
* Managing rent arrears and lease renewals
* Communicating with landlords and providing professional advice
* Ensuring compliance with WA tenancy legislation
About You
To succeed in this role you will ideally have:
* Strong organisational and time management skills
* Excellent communication and customer service abilities
* Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
* Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Preferred but not essential
* Real estate/property management registration in WA
* Experience using property management systems
* Bilingual skills (English & Mandarin highly regarded)

Short-Term Stay Property Manager
We are also seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Short-Term Stay Property Manager to join our growing team. This role is responsible for managing short-term rental properties (such as Airbnb-style accommodations), ensuring excellent guest experiences while maintaining high property standards and maximising occupancy.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage day-to-day operations of short-term rental properties
* Coordinate guest bookings, check-ins, and check-outs
* Respond promptly to guest inquiries and resolve issues professionally
* Maintain listings on booking platforms (e.g., Airbnb, Booking.com) including pricing, availability, and property descriptions
* Coordinate cleaning, maintenance, and property inspections
* Ensure properties meet cleanliness and presentation standards
* Monitor occupancy rates and implement strategies to maximise bookings
* Handle guest reviews and maintain a high service rating
* Work with contractors and service providers for repairs and maintenance
* Prepare reports and track property performance when required
Requirements
* Previous experience in property management, hospitality, or short-term rental management preferred
* Strong communication and customer service skills
* Highly organised with strong attention to detail
* Ability to multitask and solve problems efficiently
* Familiarity with booking platforms such as Airbnb, Booking.com, or similar systems is an advantage
* Basic administrative and computer skills
* Ability to work flexible hours when required (including occasional weekends)
