As our Sales Assistant, your responsibilities will include:
- Leading by example to ensure exceptional customer engagement and service.
- Conducting one-on-one consultations with clients.
- Educating clients about diamonds and precious gemstones, including the 4 C's.
- Regularly reviewing and analyzing store performance, providing insights and strategies to the team for improvement.
- Developing and executing sales strategies to meet and exceed store targets.
- Driving team performance through clear coaching and actionable feedback on sales, service, and operations.
- Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures while fostering a positive, collaborative team culture.
- Leading and developing a team of motivated sales professionals in a premium boutique environment.
- Working towards KPIs and budgets.
- Availability to work on weekends.
Skills, qualities, and experience required:
- Impeccable personal presentation and strong communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- In-depth knowledge of diamonds and gemstones.
- Strong understanding of the 4 Cs of diamond quality.
- Outgoing personality with a proactive business mindset.
- Honest, trustworthy, and reliable.
- High initiative, tenacity, and a strong sales drive.
- Proven retail sales experience, ideally in premium jewelry or high-end luxury goods.

Pay: $45,270.47 - $60,351.89 per year
