We are seeking a dedicated Clinical Care Manager to join a highly regarded aged care home in a beautiful regional town in Victoria. Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee the delivery of clinical care, ensuring care plans are tailored to meet residents' individual needs
* Lead, mentor, and support nursing staff to achieve high standards of care
* Ensure compliance with aged care quality standards, policies, and procedures
* Work closely with residents, families, and multidisciplinary teams to promote person-centered care

About You:
* Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
* Previous experience in a Clinical Care Manager or similar care management role within aged care

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
