Our client markets and manufactures premium products within the international food category delivering outstanding quality and flavour to the consumer's table. The Role
Reporting directly to the Head of Sales, you will be an integral member of the overall team and be responsible for, supporting key sales and marketing objectives across key retail partners in Australia and New Zealand. This business is passionate about their brands and building a culture where they believe anything is possible.
They are ideally looking for an ambitious, and self-motivated junior Sales or Category Analyst, or Territory Manager who wishes to build a career within the FMCG Food Industry. You will be fully supported to ensure that you grow and develop into the role and be set up for a career in either Sales, Category or Marketing.
Your responsibilities would include (not limited too) the following:
* Administration of our internal new product development process
* Lead the review of competitor products and our own new products through organising internal team tastings
* Work with the Sales team to prepare relevant information for monthly forecasting meetings with the major retail accounts
* Manage claims and accrual administration
* Maintain and deliver sales reports which includes Customer Business Plans and Account performance analysis
* Assist with Promotional scheduling
* Complete New Line Forms, promotional and instore activation submissions
* Collaborate with marketing and category to improve brand impact at point of purchase
* Support brand manager to coordinate accurate packaging copy updates
* Support the shopper marketing agenda across all brands, working with relevant design agencies to develop the creative through to the delivery of assets to our retailer partners (Cartology AU/NZ & Coles 360)
About You
* Relevant Degree in Commerce/Marketing
* You have a love for international cuisine
* Enthusiastic with a positive attitude
* Strong team player
* Exceptional project management skills
* Self- driven and proactive
* Strengths in analytics and Excel
* Strong verbal and written communication skills
* A strong desire and willingness to develop and progress
* You are a current FMCG Territory Manager, Sales or Category Analyst looking for your next career step
* Will consider Graduate with one year experience within a data agency i.e. Circana
* Flexible working hours with up to 3 days work from home
* Positive high performing team environment
* Be mentored in a small team environment with the support of a large global parent company
