About the Role
This is a fantastic opportunity to work as part of a dynamic team, providing administrative support to our Sales and Operations functions.
You will be responsible for coordinating and streamlining the sales order process, ensuring efficient communication with customers and stakeholders.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent customer service skills, both face-to-face and over the phone, as well as intermediate MS Office skills and knowledge of ERP systems.
We are looking for a motivated and driven individual who is willing to put in the effort to succeed and contribute to the growth and development of our business.
Key Responsibilities
* Liaise with customers to generate quotations and ensure satisfaction around their service
* Maintain accurate customer files and database records
* Process customer purchase orders with attention to detail
* Work collaboratively with the Technical Services team to coordinate delivery and logistics
Requirements
* Positive team-oriented attitude with a willingness to help others
* Excellent customer service skills and intermediate MS Office skills
* Knowledge of ERP systems (Business Central) highly desirable
* Ability to work to deadlines and think critically to solve problems
