As a Data Scientist, you'll play a vital role in understanding digital technologies and solving complex business problems.
You'll work with clients to adopt emerging technologies, understand customer problems, and apply digital solutions.
* Designing and fine-tuning Large Language Models using SFT, PEFT / LoRA / QLoRA, distillation, and implementing RLHF / DPO / RLAIF with defined reward models and feedback pipelines.
* Building evaluation frameworks for task quality, grounding, robustness, safety (toxicity, bias, privacy), including offline and online A / B testing with guardrail metrics.
* Retrieval-augmented workflows, agentic patterns, policy-driven tool use, safe function calling, memory / state management, and resilient fallbacks under guardrails.
