The Role Our store teams are built from Team Members through to Team Leaders. Everyone works across the shop floor, supporting the day-to-day running of the store. You will: Serve customers with friendly, helpful service Refill shelves and move stock Keep the store clean and organised Work safely and follow clear store processes Support your team during busy trade periods This is a hands-on, physical role. You’ll be on your feet and may lift up to 16kg. We provide training and support.
