About the role
As a Senior Physiotherapist, you'll provide tailored in-home and community-based care, helping clients stay independent and active. You'll lead a dedicated team of physiotherapists, supervise Allied Health Assistants, and contribute to service delivery excellence and continuous improvement across our Community Services division.
Key requirements of the role:
* Deliver best-practice physiotherapy services including assessments, care planning, mobility support, and equipment prescription.
* Lead and mentor a team of physiotherapists, support staff, and students.
* Manage referrals, caseloads, and group programs across aged care and disability services.
* Promote physiotherapy services internally and externally to help grow and improve care offerings.
* Support client outcomes through collaboration, education, and continuous service improvement.
About you
* AHPRA registration as a Physiotherapist.
* Minimum 3 years of clinical experience, ideally in aged or community care.
* Excellent assessment, communication, and report-writing skills.
* Ability to lead, supervise, and support a multidisciplinary team.
* Knowledge of aged care funding streams (CHSP, HCP, STRC, My Aged Care) is desirable.
* Current driver's license and police check.
