We are seeking an experienced and skilled Lead Eyecare Specialist to join our team in Richmond, Victoria. As a key member of our eyecare team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional patient care and leading a team of opticians and support staff.
The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role and possess excellent customer service skills. You will be required to conduct comprehensive eye exams, prescribe glasses, contact lenses or other corrective measures as needed, and lead the team to achieve sales goals.
