You'll report to the Store Manager, develop and inspire our team, provide amazing customer experiences, and create a great place to work at Fresh Departments. You'll also lead your team through effective coaching and support to drive ongoing business development and growth.
About you and your skills
Direct leadership experience is necessary to lead, coach, and develop your team for sales growth, cost control, and rostering requirements
To be proactive in driving continuous improvement of processes and procedures
Able to influence and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
To be customer-focused and continually seek to better understand our diverse customers
To promote a one-team culture that celebrates success and puts team members' health, safety, and wellbeing first
