* Lead and manage a team of professionals to achieve production goals while maintaining a safe working environment.
* Drive continuous improvement by utilizing lean methodologies and problem-solving techniques.
* Ensure strict compliance with all relevant regulations and industry standards.
* Monitor and improve key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress and success.
* Effectively allocate resources and manage budgets to support team objectives.

Requirements
* In-depth knowledge of Mine Operations, preferably mine development.
* Demonstrated ability to manage and lead teams.
* Demonstrated versatility and strong coordinating skills.
* A high level of strategic thinking, planning, and problem-solving skills.
* Schedule 26 - Statutory Supervisor accreditation or willingness to complete it.
* Minimum 2 years' experience in a leadership position or similar industry experience.
