Our client is seeking a Senior Service Locator/Utility Surveyor to join their team!

What you'll be doing?
Operate as a senior technical resource: You will perform underground service detection, verification, and utility surveying work.
Perform electromagnetic locating: You'll conduct high-risk and high-accuracy underground investigations.
Verify underground services: Your work will include the verification of underground services.
Create subsurface asset maps: You'll be involved in survey-grade subsurface asset mapping.
Document and capture metadata: You will be responsible for defensible documentation and metadata capture.
Contribute to subsurface asset records: Your contributions will help in developing subsurface asset records.
Train and mentor junior locators: Share your expertise with the next generation of locators.
Who are they looking for?
Strong experience: We are looking for someone with 4+ years of experience as an underground service locator, preferably with a CertLoc certification.
Technical expertise: Experience with GPS survey capture is a must.
High technical judgement: You should have high technical judgement and attention to detail.
Experience with complex sites: Experience working on complex and constrained sites, often with no existing plans, is essential.
Leadership interest: An interest in leadership, systems, and standards is a plus.
