Student Administration Assistant
This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Student Administration Assistant. As a key member of our administrative staff, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our school's administration and student services department.
Your primary responsibility will be to manage all curriculum reporting requirements in line with the School Curriculum and Standards Authority (SCSA) regulations. This includes completing and submitting accurate and timely uploads to the Student Information Records System (SIRS), SRMS Portal and other relevant platforms.
You will also oversee administrative processes related to NAPLAN and OLNA, including student registrations, testing logistics, and data reporting. Additionally, you will co-ordinate the preparation, proof reading and distribution of Semester Reports, Year 12 Statement of Results and Certificate of Senior Studies.
The successful candidate will have strong attention to detail, organisational skills and the ability to manage competing deadlines. You will also possess high-level interpersonal and communication skills, with a strong commitment to confidentiality and professionalism.

Essential Qualities:
- Previous experience in a school administration or student services role, with a focus on data management and curriculum reporting
- Strong understanding of SCSA and SIRS requirements, as well as NAPLAN and OLNA processes
- Proficiency in using SEQTA and Synergetic or other school information systems
- Excellent attention to detail, organisational skills and ability to manage competing deadlines
- High level of interpersonal and communication skills, with a strong commitment to confidentiality and professionalism
