Key Responsibilities
1. Assist in setting up projects, including administrative and financial procedures, procurement programs, trade package tender documentation preparation.
2. Prepare subcontractor agreements with standard conditions adapted to specific trades.
3. Manage project registers, schedules, administration tasks, document control measures.
4. Schedule creation involving associated costs for personnel wages which helps build company profitability through good resource management practices,' : Planned maintenance (PM) or remote monitoring of equipment ; making sure all facilities are well maintained so production doesn't get negatively affected
