About the role
You'll be responsible for high‑quality installation and maintenance of air‑conditioning systems across residential and light commercial sites. We're growing fast, so this is your opportunity to build a long‑term career with a team that actually invests in you.

What we're looking for
* Proven experience as an Aircon Installer.
* Cert III in Air Conditioning & Refrigeration, or Electrician with Cert II.
* Strong problem‑solver with great attention to detail.
* Can work independently and handle pressure.
* Team player, reliable and easy to get along with.
* Takes pride in appearance and workmanship.
* Valid driver's licence.
