About The Role
Reporting to the Superintendent GTS Rail Track & Signals, you will be responsible for providing solutions, expert guidance, and technical support in the Railroad department, specialising in Track and Civil.

Additional Responsibilities
* Provide technical guidance and technical support to operational teams and functions
* Provide technical and assessment expertise in support of Critical Risk
* Validate existing engineering standards that are included as input into the basis of design for all projects
* Sign off as SME on all related blueprint changes as the single point of accountability
* Govern the as-built Operation's blueprint and validate blueprint information at handover from all projects
* Govern the management of change process for the Operation's blueprint
* Give technical expertise on the Operation's blueprint
* Validate the asset integrity of critical equipment
* Assess and execute engineering requests
* Set and govern engineering standards and specifications for the Operation
About You
* Bachelor of Engineering preferred or Track Design and Rail Maintenance background with significant industry experience will be highly regarded
* Demonstrated technical & professional skills within Track and Civil discipline
* Significant industry experience in signalling preferred
* Ability to communicate confidently at all levels & establish a good rapport with a diverse range of people and stakeholders is essential
* Experience with BHPs Rail network and signalling system preferred.
Location
This role can be offered on a 5:2 4:3 FIFO or Residential roster in Port Hedland. Perth based opportunities may also be considered on a flexible hybrid 5:2 roster.
