We’re looking for a motivated and friendly Administration Assistant to join our supportive Insurance Broking team on the Gold Coast. No insurance experience is required — we’ll teach you everything you need to know.

This role is ideal for someone coming from retail, hospitality, reception, or a school‑leaver / early‑career background who’s ready to build a long‑term career.

This is a rare opportunity to work alongside our experienced team within one of Australia’s largest insurance broking providers. We are proudly independent – not owned by a bank or insurance company – with offices located across the country. Our mission is to deliver quality advice, exceptional service, and a comprehensive range of insurance solutions to our valued clients

About the Role

You’ll work closely with experienced brokers and administrators, providing day‑to‑day support while learning the fundamentals of insurance and office administration.

Your duties will include:

* Supporting brokers with general administrative tasks

* Assisting with client enquiries (email and phone)

* Preparing documents and correspondence

* Learning to use insurance systems (full training provided)

* Helping process policy updates, endorsements, and cancellations

* Keeping client records accurate and up to date

You won’t be expected to know everything on day one — training and ongoing support are provided.

Previous office or insurance experience is not required.
