The Middle Leader position is a pivotal role that oversees vibrant youth ministry initiatives, coordinates sacramental and spiritual programs, and fosters students' personal and spiritual growth.
This leader will promote a strong sense of belonging, participation, and Gospel values across the school community.
A key aspect of this role is strategic leadership in Faith and Mission, Educational, and Staff dimensions to support curriculum development, inclusive learning, professional growth, and collaborative relationships with staff, students, and parents.
