About the Role:
* We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team in Ballina.
Key Responsibilities:

3. Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and effective issue resolution.
4. Maintain accurate records and reports as required.
Requirements:
* Diploma or degree in a relevant field such as business, communications, or marketing.
* Minimum one year of experience in a customer-facing role.
* Excellent communication, problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
* Able to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Preferred Qualifications:
