About the opportunity
Mercy Hospital for Women is looking for an exceptional supervisor to join the team at Mercy Hospital for Women. If you provide leadership and have vast knowledge in the CSSD area then this is the role for you. We need you to provide leadership to a small but dedicated team in CSSD. We require you to be suitably qualified with relevant experience and extensive knowledge of the AS-5369 Standards, Infection Control and Management of a department.

* Excellent clinical, time management, organisational and communication skills, with the ability to adapt and problem solve.
* A compassionate, flexible and positive approach to effective management of a CSSD Department.
* The ability to nurture friendly, respectful relationships and contribute to a collaborative team environment.
You will also be required to provide evidence of, or in the process of obtaining:
* A current Police Record Check and Working with Children Check.
* Proof of current influenza vaccination and other vaccination status consistent with public health orders.
