Primary Objective
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Service Coordinator with a strong desire to succeed, who enjoys operating in a fast-paced environment and will provide excellent customer service.
Reporting to the Service Manager, this position will also see you responsible for the following:
Your duties and responsibilities will include:
Liaising with service technicians and customers daily to organise and schedule all incoming work and bookings.
Data entry, updating of employee documents & company records
Process and review technician reports & timesheets
Answering phones and liaising with customers
Raising purchase orders & monitor emails
Assisting the Service Manager with administrative duties
Maintain company registers
