About the Role This is a 6-month fixed term contract with a strong chance of extension, ideal for a confident and experienced Corporate Receptionist.
In this role, you'll be the professional face of the business—greeting visitors, handling calls, and supporting a variety of administrative and coordination duties to ensure the smooth running of the office.Key responsibilities include: Managing reception duties, answering and directing incoming calls, and greeting guests Providing administrative support to multiple business units Coordinating corporate travel bookings and assisting with related enquiries Supporting the planning and coordination of internal and external events Managing incoming and outgoing mail and overseeing courier services Organising online catering orders and maintaining meeting room bookings About You You are polished, friendly, and highly organised with experience in reception or front-of-house roles.
You take pride in delivering outstanding customer service and thrive in a professional, fast-paced environment.
