Care Connect are seeking motivated individuals to provide in-home care to our Out of Hospital Care and Aged Care clients in Northern Beaches and surrounding areas.

Responsibilities of the Homecare Support Worker
* Personal grooming and hygiene assistance including medication reminders
* Domestic duties including cleaning and laundry
* Food shopping, menu planning and meal preparation
* Mobility assistance within the home/local community
* Must possess strong care factor to prioritise client well-being
Requirements of the role
* Right to Work in Australia
* Driver's licence and own reliable vehicle with comprehensive insurance
* Police Check
* Working with Children Check
* First Aid and CPR certificate
* Minimum of 3 COVID-19 vaccinations
* Certificate III (Aged Care/Individual Support OR Home and Community Care), OR Bach/Dip of Nursing (OR completed first-year study towards it)
* Minimum 3 months of paid experience working within the aged care or community care sector
* A fantastic attitude and genuine interest in helping others
