The Opportunity:
We have a permanent full-time opportunity available for a Service Manager to join our skilled team in our WAGGA WAGGA Branch
You will be guiding our team of highly skilled technicians to service and repair a large variety of agricultural machinery. Tractors, headers, seeders, self-propelled sprayers.
About the role:
* Organise and coordinate the operations of the service department by leading a team that provides excellent customer service and ensures high quality workmanship.
* Mentor, motivate and engage all employees to high levels of performance.
* Oversee/ Maintain detailed records of service work carried out.
* Supervision of technical work performed, work progress and checking work at completion.
Skills and Qualifications:
* Current Diesel, Ag Trade or Plant Mechanic Certificate - Required
* Current class C (or higher) drivers licence - Required
* Forklift licence - Required
* Excellent troubleshooting and diagnostic skills - Required
* Capable of providing excellent customer service, at all times
* Professional, motivated, willing to work in a team and have strong attention to detail
* A great work ethic with an understanding of the importance of a safe and clean work environment.
* Ability to manage and motivate a team of Technicians and Apprentices.
