This part-time Sales Assistant role involves supporting the Store Manager with day-to-day operations.
* Assist in maintaining a positive and inspiring store environment for our team, customers, and community members.
* Contribute to delivering exceptional customer service and experience.
* Support the management of retail sales and operation of Point of Sale devices.
* Help maintain high standards of visual merchandising and store presentation.
* Ensure accurate stock display in correct departments following policy and procedure.
* Comply with Occupational Health and Safety policy and procedures at all times.
* Reflect TSA core values in all work-related activities.
About You
No previous experience in retail sales is required. We are looking for a high-energy, hands-on individual who can provide extraordinary customer service.
* A strong ability to deliver outstanding results in a complex and rewarding retail environment is essential.
* Flexibility with working hours, including weekends, and willingness to work across various locations in the retail area.
* Solid technical skills are highly regarded, but not essential.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are necessary for success in this role.
