About the Role
The Real Estate Advisory team is seeking professionals based in Melbourne and Sydney to deliver and advise on significant projects within the Real Estate and Infrastructure space.
Key Responsibilities
* On-time and on-budget delivery of engagements including valuation advice, development feasibilities, acquisitions and disposals, transaction management, and strategic real estate advice.
* Financial modelling and analysis.
* Report writing.
* Business development activities and client engagement.
* Develop and implement engagement pursuit strategies, prepare proposals and manage tender processes.
* Manage and coordinate third-party sub-contractors.
* Share awareness of the real estate market environment and industry trends across divisions.
* Maintain strong relationships with clients, project stakeholders, partners and industry.
Qualifications
* Tertiary qualifications in property economics or a related real estate focused degree.
* Certified Practising Valuer Accreditation or Real Estate Licence (preferred).
* Experience in real estate advisory and/or project management (desirable).
Required Skillsets
* Real estate market analysis, sales analysis, and research.
* Financial and commercial real estate advice.
* Property acquisition and disposal experience.
* Knowledge of property leases.
* Understanding of planning schemes, property fundamentals and industry participants.
* Digital proficiency in commercial real estate platforms such as Argus Estate Master and in Excel modelling and analysis.
Desired Attributes

* Understanding of technical reports.
* Ability to work within a growing team environment.
* Attention to detail and willingness to learn and develop.
* Experience or exposure to general real estate advisory in the public or private sector.
* Capability in delivering property valuations, advisory or market research reports.
* Well-developed report writing and proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel.
