The primary goal of this role is to support and sustain critical applications, ensuring their optimal performance and reliability. The key technologies in focus are Azure App Dev, Logic Apps, .NET, Azure Kubernetes and Azure API Management (amongst others).As an experienced Azure Application Support Engineer, you will be responsible for monitoring application health, troubleshooting issues, and implementing solutions to enhance performance. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the continuous availability and efficiency of our applications. Utilising Agile methodology, you will participate in regular sprints and stand-up meetings, contributing to the iterative improvement of our systems.Key ResponsibilitiesKey responsibilities include configuring and maintaining monitoring tools, analysing performance data, and providing timely resolution of incidents. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in application support, experience with supporting Azure Logic Apps, .NET Apps and API management. Your expertise will be crucial in maintaining the stability and performance of our applications, supporting the overall success of our operations. Pivotal to the role is your ability to effectively communicate to technical and non-technical stakeholders, both verbally and in written form.
