What You'll Do:
* Lead and mentor mechanics and apprentices, ensuring schedules and paperwork are on point.
* Oversee diagnostics, servicing, and repairs to maintain CJD's high standards.
* Drive efficiency and safety across the workshop.
* Keep customers smiling with exceptional service.
What You'll Bring:
* Australian‑recognised Heavy Vehicle Mechanic trade certificate.
* Experience in heavy vehicle maintenance, repairs, and electrical diagnostics.
* Strong problem‑solving skills and a proactive safety mindset.
* Excellent communication and leadership skills.
* HR licence (Aircon ticket desirable).
