We are seeking a dynamic and credible Head of Education to help drive academic excellence and support the brand's premium positioning..
The Opportunity
This is a strategic academic leadership role — not a routine classroom teaching position.
The Head of Education will play a central role in:
* shaping academic standards
* lifting tutor capability
* strengthening parent confidence
* supporting franchise growth
* enhancing Schoolola's premium brand positioning
Academic Leadership & Quality
* Lead the academic vision and standards for Schoolola programs (P–6)
* Oversee and continuously improve English and literacy frameworks
* Establish and monitor teaching quality benchmarks across centres
* Implement academic quality assurance and review processes
* Ensure alignment with the Australian Curriculum
Content & Digital Learning
* Develop and review high-quality teaching resources and video lessons
* Support expansion of Schoolola's digital and AI-enabled learning tools
* Build structured student learning pathways
* Maintain consistency and rigour across all academic materials
Tutor Development, Coaching & Commercial Capability
* Design and deliver tutor training programs across the network
* Coach tutors on effective parent communication and value articulation
* Train centres on positioning and explaining Schoolola products clearly
* Build tutor confidence in enrolment conversations
* Observe teaching and provide structured feedback
* Support centres requiring academic and conversion uplift
Franchise Growth & Sales Support
* Participate in selected franchise prospect and discovery calls
* Provide academic credibility during franchise recruitment discussions
* Support franchisees with local enrolment growth strategies
* Collaborate with marketing and operations to improve conversion funnels
* Advise leadership on product-market fit and parent feedback trends
Brand Presence & Thought Leadership
* Serve as a confident academic representative for Schoolola
* Present parent webinars, workshops, and information sessions
* Contribute to marketing and thought leadership content
* Strengthen Schoolola's positioning as a premium education provider
The successful applicant will be required to sign a Media, Image and Intellectual Property Release Form as a condition of engagement
About You
We are looking for someone who is:
* A strong and passionate primary educator
* Confident, articulate, and comfortable on camera
* Commercially aware and comfortable supporting growth
* Assertive yet collaborative in leadership style
* Skilled in coaching and influencing others
* Tech-comfortable (video tools, LMS, AI exposure desirable)
* Highly organised with strong work ethic
* Positive, solutions-focused team player
* Passionate about building a premium education brand
Highly Desirable
* Experience in Selective / OC / Scholarship preparation
* Prior academic/tutoring leadership or coordinator experience
* Experience creating digital or video learning content (support will be provided)
* Experience supporting enrolments or education sales conversations
* Strong understanding of the Australian Curriculum
* Experience in tutoring or multi-site education environments

Job Type: Casual
Pay: Up to $50.00 per hour
Expected hours: 4 – 15 per week
