Required Skills and Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will have an interest in Workers Compensation and the following experience:
* Respondent and defendant experience within a well-regarded, fast-paced practice
* Strong litigation and research skills
* Experience acting for scheme agents, treasury-managed fund agents, self-insurers, and specialised injuries
* Comprehensive understanding of relevant legislation, regulations, and recent changes
* Demonstrated experience in recoveries
* A self-starter, able to work in a team environment
