We are partnering with a leading global infrastructure investment manager with a significant international footprint and a long-term, private equity style approach. The firm invests on behalf of large institutional investors across core-plus and value-add strategies and has built a strong reputation. They have a strong investment track record and take active ownership positions in operating businesses. Growth in the local team has led to the need to add a senior investment professional to its Australia based Asia investment team.
This is a senior role with a strong origination focus and full end-to-end deal leadership responsibility. You will source opportunities across Asia-Pacific, lead transactions from initial screening through execution and IC approval, and remain actively involved in portfolio management and value creation. The role also includes close engagement with portfolio company management, board-level involvement, and mentoring junior team members as part of the platform's continued growth.
You will be an experienced infrastructure investor or M&A advisor with the credibility to originate and lead transactions independently. Typical backgrounds include infrastructure private equity, investment banking or principal investing. You will bring approximately 10–15+ years' experience, strong origination capability, deep financial and structuring expertise, and the ability to engage confidently with senior stakeholders.
