About the Position
Campapse Family Practice is seeking two Part Time Medical Receptionists to join our busy team. An immediate start is available or commencing in 2026 for the right candidates.
The successful candidates will hit the ground running and be highly motivated with a sound background in customer service. Proficient computer skills are essential with a knowledge of medical software including Best Practice desirable.
Daily tasks and responsibilities will include:
* Excellent customer service – you will be the first point of contact for our patients, in person and on the phone.
* Maintaining confidentiality while managing patient records.
* Processing payments, Medicare and third-party claims and reconciliations
* Effective management of patient appointment types
* General administration and daily office duties
* Duties as required by Doctors and the Practice Manager

* Availability across Monday to Saturday is required with the role requiring a commitment of approx hours or 3-4 days per week
We are located in the heart of Kyneton within the Macedon Ranges, we are a busy practice and pride ourselves on offering our patients a range of specialised services close to home.
