We are seeking people with experience and we require people who are able to hit the ground running.

Responsibilities

* Completion of warranty
* Administrative support
* Costing and reconciliation
* Maintain records and report
* Ensure claims are processed accurately and promptly
* Communicate and manage technical bulletins and Standard Repair Times Guides
* Attention to detail

Qualifications

* Proven minimum 3 years experience in automotive warranty
* Ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively
* Solid data entry and computer literacy skills
* Excellent verbal and written communication
* Experience with ERA (Pentana) is highly regarded
* A general understanding of vehicles will also be advantageous
