We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Customer Service Advisor. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, responding to queries and proactively managing their accounts.
You will cover the end-to-end customer lifecycle, from making welcome calls to resolving issues and dealing with invoicing and payments. You will also identify opportunities to improve our services and exceed customer expectations.
