We are seeking an Industrial Automation Support Specialist to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electronics, electrical engineering, or computer science and possess excellent problem-solving skills.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support to customers via phone, chat, and email, as well as troubleshooting complex issues related to industrial automation software.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide technical support to customers via phone, chat, and email
* Troubleshoot complex issues related to industrial automation software
* Analyze customer issues and develop effective solutions
* Document technical solutions and best practices
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues
Requirements:
* Bachelor of Science in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or Computer Science
* At least 2 years' experience working with industrial automation products/systems
* Proficient in Japanese language
* Expertise in Rockwell software such as FactoryTalk OperationSuite of products
