 
        
        I. Beverage Preparation and Service 
- **Drink Preparation**: Accurately mix and serve all alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and presentation.
II. Customer Service and Interaction 
- **Guest Experience**: Greet patrons, take orders, and maintain a friendly, positive, and professional attitude. 
- **Responsible Service**: Monitor guest alcohol consumption, check ID's, and adhere to all legal guidelines for responsible service. 
- **Conflict Resolution**: Address and resolve customer complaints promptly and politely.
III. Bar Maintenance and Operations 
- **Stocking and Setup**: Complete all opening and closing duties, including stocking inventory (liquor, mixers, garnishes, glassware). 
- **Cleanliness**: Maintain a clean, sanitized, and organized bar top, serving area, and all bar equipment throughout the shift. 
- **Inventory**: Track and communicate inventory needs to management to ensure proper supply levels.
IV. Financial and Compliance Duties 
- **Cash Handling**: Accurately handle cash, process payments via POS system, and complete end-of-shift reporting. 
- **Legal Compliance**: Ensure strict adherence to all local, state, and national regulations governing alcohol service and health standards. 
- **Menu Expertise**: Maintain comprehensive knowledge of the drink menu and ingredients to provide recommendations to guests. 
- **Efficiency**: Manage orders efficiently during high-volume periods to ensure rapid service.
Pay: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
