**Fixed Term (2 years) - Full time**
**Salary Range: Band 7 - $**102,953 to 114,927** **+ superannuation**

We are looking for a Major Projects Technical Advisor to manage the Project interface issues between State Government Authorities and Council ensuring great project outcomes for the community. This position is responsible for providing expert technical advice and guidance on major state government projects, ranging from infrastructure development to complex engineering projects.
**You will be working on some exciting projects including**:
- Maidstone Street, Altona Level Crossing Removal Project
- Maddox and Champion Road, Newport Level Crossing Removal Project
- Hudsons Road, Spotswood, Level Crossing Removal Project
- West Gate Tunnel Project
- Point Cook Central Avenue Intersection Upgrade Project
- Other projects as required
**To succeed you will need**
- Experience with working on large scale civil and transport projects
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills with demonstrated engagement and collaboration experience across a range of stakeholders.
- Excellent Project Management Skills
- Extensive knowledge of civil engineering design, standards and guidelines.
