Cheetham Salt is Australia's largest producer and refiner of solar salt, Cheetham Salt offers reliable salt products to a broad range of industries including the industrial, food, stockfeed, hide and pool sectors.
Our Bajool Operations in Central Queensland are currently seeking permanent Salt Refinery Labour to join our team. Bajool and Port Alma are about 40km south of Rockhampton and 40km north of Gladstone.

The Role
Reporting directly to the Manufacturing and Warehouse Coordinator your key responsibilities will include:
* Maintaining a safe and clean work environment
* Operating equipment to produce bulk and bagged products
* Warehouse duties including operation of the pallet wrapper
About you
If you just graduated school, or are looking for a new career, this job is for you We don't require any prior Industrial Manufacturing experience and will fully train you on procedures, equipment and systems - including helping you obtain a forklift licence.
* Strong commitment to Safety and Quality standards
* Able to work both autonomously and within a proactive team environment
* Capacity to undertake physically repetitive and manual handling work
* Available to work a rotating day/night roster
* Valid forklift licence is highly regarded
* A current driver's licence and have own transport to get to work as there is no public transport
* Ability to pass a pre-employment medical, & background checks, including police check
* Unrestricted working rights in Australia
* You must reside within 1 hour commute distance from site
