About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Team Leader to supervise, coordinate and motivate our Urban Vegetation and Sportsfield Maintenance teams. Key Responsibilities:
* Supervise and motivate the Urban Vegetation and Sportsfield Maintenance teams to achieve operational efficiency and deliver high-quality services.
* Coordinate and manage the delivery of horticultural and grounds maintenance services across the region.
* Develop and implement strategies to improve team performance, productivity and job satisfaction.
* Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective communication and coordination.
* Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A relevant qualification in horticulture or a related field.
* Demonstrated experience in supervising and motivating teams.
* Strong leadership and communication skills.
* Able to work independently and as part of a team.
* Familiarity with local government operations and procedures.
