Role Overview
As a trusted advisor and coach, you will play a central role in the wellbeing, development, and success of our team members.
You'll deliver mentoring support, assist with training and onboarding, and provide advice and referrals in collaboration with supervisors and external service providers.
* Deliver and review the Support and Wellbeing Program (SWP) across Bama sites.
* Mentor employees to overcome challenges and achieve personal and career goals.
* Support new staff with inductions, onboarding, and completing paperwork.
* Conduct regular site visits and one-on-one mentor sessions.
* Provide admin support to managers and supervisors.
* Liaise with external agencies and stakeholders to coordinate support services.

You are a motivated and empathetic individual who:

1. Has relevant qualifications and/or experience in coaching or wellbeing roles.
2. Understands the challenges and aspirations of Indigenous employees.
3. Communicates effectively with individuals and stakeholders at all levels.
4. Is organised, proactive, and confident working independently and as part of a team.
5. Has strong time management, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
6. Can build trusted relationships and uphold confidentiality.
7. Current Driver's Licence and White Card.
8. Ability to obtain a Working with Children Blue Card and Police Check.
9. Experience in coaching, training delivery, or case management.
10. Certificate IV in Training and Assessment.

Key Responsibilities

* Implement and review coaching programs to improve employee performance and engagement.
* Develop and deliver training content to enhance staff capabilities.
* Support new hires through the onboarding process and ensure they have the necessary tools to succeed.
* Conduct regular check-ins with mentees to track progress and provide guidance.
* Collaborate with internal teams to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to address them.

* A relevant qualification or experience in a coaching or wellbeing role.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Organisational and time management skills.
* Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
* Confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive information.
