We are seeking a Psychologist (including Provisional Psychologists), Rehabilitation Counsellor, or AASW-accredited Social Worker to join our Victorian team.

Your Responsibilities
* Manage a varied caseload of physical and psychological claims
* Complete assessments that support recovery and return-to-work outcomes
* Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary consultancy team
* Achieve KPIs across RTW outcomes, quality and productivity
* Conduct Same Employer and New Employer Vocational Assessments
* Build strong relationships and deliver an exceptional client experience
* Contribute positively to a values-driven team culture

About You
* Minimum 1 year experience in occupational rehabilitation, OR a placement completed within an occupational rehab setting
* Open to Provisional Psychologists
* Social Workers must hold full AASW accreditation
* Comcare accreditation (desirable)
* Strong communication and relationship-building skills
* Highly organised with excellent time management
* Current driver's licence and reliable vehicle
* Passionate about delivering quality, client-centred outcomes
