About the Role
We are currently seeking to appoint a Pharmaceutical Support Officer with a large Government agency to provide quality clerical and data entry services to the Pharmaceutical Services Unit and so supports improvements in the regulation and quality use of medicines for the NSW community.
Key accountabilities:
Create and update manual and electronic files as needed, ensuring chronologically correct and accurate information records are established and efficiently maintained to ensure consistency in filing activities.
Accurately maintain the Unit's database and record management system, supporting the achievement of Unit objectives within established timeframes.
About You
Experienced in providing high-quality data entry and record administration services with a strong emphasis on teamwork and customer service.
Good communication and written skills
Ability to work under pressure.
