In this role, you'll play a key part in supporting the day-to-day operations of the airport. The Airport Reporting & Safety Officer is responsible for: - Providing operational support across safety, security, asset maintenance & management and legislative compliance with regulations - Responding to Air Traffic Control requests - Maintaining runway and taxiway lighting in accordance with regulations - Inspecting runways and maintaining airside areas to ensure safety standards are met - Incident reporting & coordination - Collection of information to maintain operational logs & enable accurate reporting TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL NEED - Certificate III in Construction, Plant Horticulture or similar or equivalent relevant experience - Compliance experience - Demonstrated experience in the operation of a range of plant and equipment - A current C Class manual driver's licence - The ability to communicate effectively and to work well as part of a team - The capacity and willingness to work unsupervised - NSW Drivers Licence - Immunisation for Hepatitis A & B is a requirement of this role For a confidential discussion, please contact Dean Taylor, Operations Manager - Aviation Precinct on 67675547 Salary range: Grade 10 - $1296.40 - $1402.80 per week plus superannuation for a 38 hour work week.
