 
        
        Our Mornington based automotive client are now seeking an experienced **Parts Interpreter**. 
**Requirements**: 
- Proven experience in a similar role, preferably within an automotive dealership 
- Exceptional communication skills 
- Solid work ethic, reliability, and a positive attitude 
- Trade experience is a plus 
- Valid Driver’s License 
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word 
- Familiarity with parts department software, including ERA 
**Responsibilities**: 
- Customer service via phone and retail counter interactions 
- Ensure accurate and timely interpretation of parts for internal and external customers 
- Handle quoting 
- Coordinate pre-delivery requirements 
- Act as a liaison between panel shops and mechanical workshops
