About the Role
This is a diverse and dynamic position covering a broad range of tasks across our operations. You'll have the opportunity to gain experience in:
* Cellar Door Service – greeting customers, pouring tastings, and creating a positive visitor experience.
* Deliveries & Logistics – assisting with local deliveries to customers and stockists.
* Sales Support – building customer relationships, taking orders, and supporting wholesale sales.
* Festivals & Events – helping at markets, festivals, and pop-ups to represent our brand.
* Production Assistance – supporting day-to-day production tasks as needed.
You don't need to come with experience in all of these areas—we're happy to train the right person. What matters most is your attitude, willingness to learn, and interest in the craft beverage industry.
About You
We're looking for someone who is:
* Reliable, positive, and ready to jump into a variety of tasks
* Interested in cider, craft beverages, or local food & drink
* Comfortable interacting with customers
* Physically able to assist with deliveries and general production duties
* Happy working weekends and occasional events when required
* A team player who enjoys learning new skills
A current driver's licence is essential.
