Are you an experienced Payroll/Accounts Administrator ?
Well established large healthcare facility on the Mornington Peninsula has a current opening for a payroll and accounts (AR/AP) administrator. There is a strong culture of teamwork amongst the staff and we are looking for someone to join and be part of our team.
We currently have a permanent part time position located in Rosebud for an Accounts/Payroll Administration all-rounder. We are looking for someone that can process payroll and accounts but that is an allrounder and willing to assist with ad-hoc administration tasks.
The position is currently available 2-3 days per week, one of these days must include a Monday.
Your days will include:
* Processing end to end payroll (using Deputy and Myob systems)
* Staff rostering across two departments
* Uploading and processing Accounts Payable in Myob
* Calculating and creating invoices for service fees
* Financial reporting using excel as required
* Assist with compliance tasks as necessary
* Assist management with ad-hoc tasks as required
The ideal candidate will have:
* Experience in payroll for permanent and contract employees
* Knowledge of interpreting awards and EBA
* Staff scheduling experience (Deputy preferred but not essential)
* End to end accounts payable knowledge
* Myob experience
* Excellent communication and general administration skills
* A strong emphasis on achieving results
* Previous healthcare knowledge advantageous but not necessary
* Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office programs
Salary is negotiable depending on experience. The position will be based in Rosebud.
