About the Role
You'll receive on-the-job training from experienced technicians while assisting with:
* Installing a wide range of 4x4 accessories (bull bars, suspension, roof racks, winches, etc.)
* Vehicle inspections and pre-fit checks
* Diagnosing and solving basic fitting issues
* Following workshop WHS and SOP procedures
* General workshop housekeeping
This role offers genuine long-term career development with a clear pathway into a specialist trade qualification.
About You
We're looking for someone who is:
* Passionate about 4x4s and the automotive industry
* Eager to learn and willing to develop new skills
* A strong team player with great communication skills
* Detail-oriented with a pride in workmanship
* Ideally experienced or trained in a mechanical/engineering environment (preferred but not essential)
