About the role:
Lead Sales Managers and Store team to ensure the delivery of exceptional customer service experiences. (Roughly 100 employees)
Motivate, coach and lead by example to create a high-performance sales culture.
Maximise the store profit through increasing sales and maintain cost control.
Ensure the store is sufficiently staffed to maximise sales opportunities.
Enforce and lead from the front role modelling all company standards, policies and procedures and ensure full compliance of all team members.
To ensure timely and effective execution of product launches and promotional activity.
About you:
Min 5 years in a managerial position of a multi-million turnover store
Ideally has led large teams of 100
Exceptional customer service
Sales-focused and Results Orientation
Strong commercial awareness and business acumen
Knowledge/experience if international brands and diverse categories of products
Proactive, with a strong sense of urgency
Leadership and ability to coach and motivate
Well-developed interpersonal and communication (written and verbal) skills
Critical thinking and Problem-Solving
Demonstrated effective decision making ability
